Out of the Courtroom Into the Father’s House

by Allyn Benedict

AVAILABLE NOW.

Out of the Courtroom Into the Father's House“When I first met Pastor Allyn Benedict in the autumn of 2005 it was apparent to me that he had received a word from God so powerful that it could not be contained and must go out into the Church.

This word so impacted my own life that I have not been the same since, for which I joyfully give thanks to the Father…. Allyn has lived out this word, as though he were called to a “prophetic life”… it calls us in our life and ministry to draw a line between the kingdom of this world and the Father’s kingdom; it is ultimately a word about life as children of God living “in the Father’s house”; …to die to this world in order to live as a child of the Father, fully submitted to his embrace of mercy and love…As I commend this book to you, so I also invite you to be like a pilgrim as you journey through it, from the revelation of the condition of the human heart, to the revelation of the inclination of the Father’s heart toward you, as He waits longingly for you to come home as a son or daughter and share in His joy.  This book was written to make the vision plain so that it might go out and change lives, transform relationships and free people to live as children of God.  May you experience this freedom, as I have, as you encounter Jesus – your only righteous judge and Saviour – through the pages of this book.” (Taken from the Preface by Juan Fernandez-Arias, Maranatha Co-Leader)

Price £12 + p&p

Human life is torn apart by conflicts which are never resolved and every page of our history is marked by Man’s inhumanity to man.  In this deeply insightful and prophetic book, Allyn Benedict shows that Idolatry – a counterfeit judge – is at the centre of the human heart.

Northern Ireland visit

A small Maranatha team will be visiting different parts of Northern Ireland between 6th-11th March. We are greatly looking forward to being there and hope to meet many people during this short time.

We are especially delighted to tell you that Dennis Wrigley, our Co-Founder and Leader will be joining us for our gathering at Randalstown on Saturday, 10th March. (Click here for details). He will be sharing more of the vision that God has given to the Maranatha Community over recent years, together with Fr. Bill Keogh who will be with us throughout the week.

As we travel through the Province in March we will be listening carefully to what the Lord is saying to us as a Community through the people of Northern Ireland. We hope to visit prayer groups and individuals in different towns as we believe that the Body of Christ in Northern Ireland has a vital role to play in the healing of the nations. Please pray for our forthcoming visit.

This Gallery offers a way of showcasing our vision of unity healing and renewal, as well the work and life of the community.

The videos and audio clips are organised into the key areas of Maranatha’s work – praying, serving, witnessing, healing, teaching and the life of the community. At the moment, there are videos there from Dennis, Linda, Rev Allyn Benedict – an American who leads the Out of the Courtroom Retreats (formerly an Episcopalian priest) and Father Bill Keogh – a Maranatha member from Kent who is also a leader within Catholic Charismatic Renewal.

Twelve Disciples went up to the Mountains

Report from Healing Training Retreat at Kalah House.

kalah-houseIn September twelve of us went to Kalah House at Helmsdale in the far north east of Scotland for a very challenging but rewarding training week. There were moments of pain and moments of joy, there were tears but also lots of laughter. The praise and prayer times were wonderful. The hands on training was daunting but with it came many rewards. Each time we prayed all was handed over to the Lord, and the Holy Spirit did not disappoint. The prayer was gentle and not probing; we were led along gently both when praying for others and when being prayed for.

I would recommend this week of retreat and training to anyone interested in Life Prayer. We all have so much to learn from each other, the blessings flow both ways, not only to the person receiving but also to the people praying. I myself feel very blessed. At the start of the week I knew only three of the twelve taking part but by the end of the week I had a whole new set of friends who cared. I would also like to thank our hosts Dave and Marie for making the week so special by their warmth and love.
God Bless.
Evelyn.

Healing Teaching in 2009

During the course of 2009 there are monthly healing teaching sessions at the Ark.  The aim is to promote healing ministry throughout our Community and to compliment this there will be a Healing Training week at Kalah House, Helmsdale from 31st Aug – 5th Sept. This is specifically for Maranatha members called to be involved in healing ministry.  The main focus will be upon the ministry of Life Prayer which has been an amazing means of healing for many.  A new edition of Maranatha teaching notes is about to be published about the ministry of Life Prayer – watch out for the notice on the webpage.  Life Prayer training is also being carried out in different parts of the country through Regional groups.
